Site Visits
On-site inspections are taking place this week and next. You should have received notices and direct communication regarding these visits. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to fill out the form below.
Preconstruction Nearing Completion
Our document review is complete as is the initial site walk investigation. Our initial prioritization list has been compiled and presented to the HOA board. Additionally, the engineers have started to prepare for the Phase 2 process, which kicks off with multiple on-site assessments investigating areas of defects, damage, grading and drainage. These site visits will begin August 10 and are expected to continue for 4 weeks. We will provide more detailed updates on each week's site visits as we get closer.
Preconstruction Begins
Knott Laboratory's structural engineering team has begun Phase 1 - Preconstruction. In this phase, engineers are reviewing all construction and litigation documents to understand the location and extent of the defects. An initial site walk was performed to investigate areas of defects, damage, grading and drainage, and to understand the property as a whole. As this phase progresses, our engineers will list all repairs and prioritize them based on life and safety concerns, damage to buildings and/or property, and any potential community liability concerns.
